Made here in New Zealand, Best of Alpaca 100% Pure Alpaca Duvets are made with the fleece of Alpaca, the superlative wool for luxury bedding. Supremely soft, lightweight, and insulating, Best of Alpaca Duvets are perfect for the discerning sleeper.
Alpaca fleece is hollow, a property which makes excellent bedware for a number of reasons. Alpaca wool is a natural insulator, keeping you snug and warm during winter, and cool and refreshed in summer. Best of Alpaca bedware will absorb between 30 and 35% of its weight in moisture, whereas most synthetic fibres will absorb between 2-3% of their weight. This property will ensure you are kept dry while sleeping.
Best of Alpaca bedware is also hypoallergenic. This makes it perfect for asthmatics, as well as those suffering from other allergies. Porous as well as hollow, it is an environment naturally hostile to Dust mtes, which are one of the common causes of asthma and other allergies.

Care Instructions: The optimum cleaning method for Best of Alpaca Duvets is a gentle dry-cleaning. However they may be washed in a washing machine set to the Wool/Delicate setting. Drying must take place on a clothes line. NEVER tumble dry. Using a duvet outer which can be laundered will reduce the need to launder the duvet itself.
